The Place for Your Hearthstone Needs!
In this week’s ‘Techniques Training’, we will be looking at the Taunt ability!
Minions with Taunt forces opponent minions to target their melee attacks at them. If you have more than one Taunt minion on the board though, the opponent can choose which to attack.
It serves as a tank and allows the player to build up board control as the opponent will have to spend time clearing the Taunt minion. Taunt can be removed with Silence or Transformation though; keep that in mind if you will like to delay your opponent!

Note: Minions with both Taunt and Stealth will not have the Taunt ability until its stealth is removed!
There are interesting decks with purely Taunt minions; it is generally impractical in gameplay but is a major irritant to the opponent!
